This hotel is conveniently located with many options for transportation nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable with new furniture and bedding. The bathrooms have modern shower cubicles and good amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, with housekeeping providing daily service. The swimming pool and gym are both clean and well maintained, and the internet speed is quick. Although breakfast could be improved upon, the cleaning service is prompt and efficient.
Rooms close to elevators can occasionally be noisy due to elevator beeping.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained with a fully stocked mini-bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. One of the best aspects was the hotel's proximity to the metro station, made transportation around the city convenient. The air conditioning was efficient and could be controlled easily, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. a great experience!

The room was spacious and had modern interiors, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The flat screen smart television was a great addition, and the mini lounge area was a nice touch. The room was well-lit and the air conditioning system worked well.
The customer service was poor, starting from the receptionist who lacked a cute attitude and didn't know how to properly communicate with guests. The check-in process was slow, and we had to wait for our room to be ready for about 20-30 minutes.

Conveniently located near public transportation and a 24/7 shop, this hotel offers spacious, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, cleaned daily with fresh towels. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodated early check-in requests. The buffet breakfast is tasty and plentiful, although it could be improved with the addition of eggs. The pool, although small, is clean and enjoyable. All in all, a great value for money experience.
